COVID-19 Concerns and Personality of Commerce Workers: Its Influence on Burnout

We analyze burnout in a sample of commercial workers Spain and its relationship with sociodemographic variables, personality, concern about the influence COVID-19 pandemic on their jobs through cross-sectional design. Participants (n = 614) answered an online survey, including questions data, concern, NEO-FFI (personality), MBI (burnout syndrome). The survey took place from October 2020 to May 2021. assessed relationships between personality as predictors by hierarchical regression analysis then tested using SEM (structural equation models). proposed model showed adequate goodness-of-fit indices. results present study suggest that had little effect development syndrome commerce employees. However, agreement previous literature, shows has significant role predicting burnout. Neuroticism, introversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness were strong for dimensions. In addition, we found directly affected concern: individuals high levels Neuroticism low extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness have more concerns. conclusion, is important factor affects level workers’ job syndrome. Furthermore, although differences groups formed various characteristics, conclusion regarding this type variable ability predict deficient.
